The Plaintiffs bring this action, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1989, to recover monetary damages and attorney fees against the Defendants for having allegedly violated the odometer disclosure requirements contained in Subchapter IV of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1981, et seq., with respect to their purchase of a used truck from the Defendants during April, 1981...
