Defendant appeals his conviction for second-degree manslaughter. He assigns error to the trial court's (1) failure to suppress evidence obtained by a search, (2) admitting the testimony and limiting cross-examination of a previously hypnotized witness and (3) refusing defendant's requested instructions on self-defense.
