This cause comes on to be heard on the defendants' separate Motions to Dismiss. On October 14, 1982, the plaintiff, Allied Products Corporation, obtained a judgment in this court against defendant Trinidad Petroleum Corporation (Trinidad) for $300,472.99. Plaintiff's complaint in this diversity action alleges that Trinidad fraudulently conveyed oil, gas, and mineral interests in land located in Louisiana, Texas...
