The sole issue on this appeal is the amount of the attorney's fee awarded by the district court.

The plaintiff brought this action alleging the Housing Authority violated his rights under the Fourteenth Amendment to the federal Constitution and 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 when it fired him from his position as executive director.
