The plaintiffs (Respondents) in a bench trial, recovered judgment against defendants (Appellants) for compensatory damages arising out of breach of contract as well as $50,000 in favor of each plaintiff for exemplary damages. Defendants Automatic Gas Distributors, Inc., (Automatic Gas) and E.D. Orser (Orser), do not appeal the award of compensatory damages for breach of contract but do appeal the award of punitive damages in the amount of $50,000...
