This is a sex discrimination in employment case under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 filed February 18, 1981. Initially the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan was the sole defendant. Today there are forty individual defendants, that is each person who held office as a Wayne County Circuit Court Judge between May 5, 1980 and July 15, 1981.
