This action was initiated by plaintiff, Louise Johnson Burns, after resort to administrative process through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (hereinafter "EEOC") and receiving letters of "right to sue" against defendants Terre Haute Regional Hospital and its owner and operator, Hospital Corporation of America (hereinafter "HCA").
