Georgas, the claimant below and a defendant on appeal, brought this workmen's compensation action against the plaintiff on appeal, Kennecott Corporation, to recover benefits for the death of her husband, Alex Georgas. An administrative law judge granted recovery, and the Industrial Commission denied review.
