This is an appeal from an award of attorney fees under I.C. § 48-608(3), a provision of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act. We affirm the award.

The underlying lawsuit arose from the sale by appellant Homeguard Systems, a division of Intermountain Gas Co., (hereinafter "Homeguard") to the respondent Robert DeShazo Builders, Inc., of solar assisted hydronic heating systems. The systems were incorporated into two homes which were sold...
