This appeal involves a dispute over rights to a fund of money. The fund was created pursuant to a "Loan Receipt Agreement" entered into by appellants Irvin and Christine Norton (the "Nortons") and appellee Insurance Company of North America ("INA"). The district court granted INA's motion for summary judgment, ordered judgment entered for $100,000 plus interest in favor of INA and this appeal followed...
