The defendants, Auto Center Manufacturing Company (Auto Center) and the corporation president, McLeod, appeal from the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Dickinson, a discharged employee, and awarding him damages for the purported breach of an oral employment contract.
