The plaintiff, Raymond Johnson, brought this workmen's compensation suit seeking benefits for total and permanent disability as well as statutory penalties and attorney's fees. The defendants are his employer, Louisiana Seed Company, and its workmen's compensation insurer, Insurance Company of North America.
