WARREN, Judge.

Claimant appeals an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that affirmed the referee and upheld a denial issued more than five years after the alleged accident had occurred. We reverse.

On November 13, 1975, claimant allegedly fell to the ground from the top of a loaded veneer truck and sustained injuries to his hips. The claim was accepted by SAIF, and compensation was paid for time loss and medical benefits for total hip replacement surgery...
