CONOVER, Judge.

Ohio Valley Gas, Inc. (OVG) appeals a $700,000 jury verdict. Decedent Katherine R. Blackburn was killed when one of OVG's gas lines in the city of Sullivan (City) exploded. This suit resulted.

We affirm.
