Appellants Reynoso, Segura, Ramirez, and Gouveia have been convicted of murdering a fellow inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Lompoc, California (FCI-Lompoc). Appellants Mills and Pierce, also inmates at FCI-Lompoc, were convicted of a later murder at the same institution.
