Defendants move to dismiss this action because it is barred by the statute of limitations. On June 30, 1981 plaintiffs filed a complaint against defendants in an Ohio state court alleging that some time after June 28, 1980 defendants caused to be published libelous and defamatory matter about the plaintiffs. Defendants were served with copies of the summons and complaint on July 7, 1981 by registered mail delivered...
