OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Bradford Wilson and Raymond Baker were indicted by a Fairbanks grand jury for the kidnapping and rape of G.J. AS 11.41.300 (kidnapping); former AS 11.41.410 (first-degree sexual assault).1

Wilson was convicted on both counts. He was sentenced to twenty years for kidnapping and ten years for first-degree sexual assault. Since the sexual assault sentence was made consecutive to the kidnapping sentence...
