Fall River Foundry Co., Inc. (Fall River or foundry) appeals from the district court's order holding that a warrant obtained by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for inspection of the Fall River facility was not violative of the foundry's Fourth Amendment rights by reason of its alleged overbreadth.
