Defendant was charged with arson of his own home to collect insurance, contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-17-5(A)(3). Following a pretrial evidentiary hearing on defendant's motion to suppress evidence, the trial court entered its order suppressing all evidence seized by the investigating officers.
