PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff Sulie appeals a district court order dismissing his complaint for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. Sulie sought injunctive relief staying the suspension of disability benefits pursuant to section 223(f)(1) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 423(f)(1). We affirm.
