GUIDRY, Judge.

The plaintiff, Irvin Eldemire, brought this suit to rescind a lease agreement whereby he leased certain property to the defendant, Everett Shilts. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff, rescinding the lease. The defendant appeals.
