Buzel Gray, Jr. was indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Union County, Honorable W.W. Brown, presiding, on a charge of aggravated assault and was sentenced to a term of twelve (12) years in custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with four (4) years suspended.
