Carl W. Jackson d/b/a Carl W. Jackson Real Estate and Insurance Agency (plaintiff) brought this action to recover a real estate commission allegedly owed to him under the terms of a listing agreement. Named defendants are Henry C. Free and his wife, Iva Peavy Free. After trial on the merits, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendants, dismissing plaintiff's demands against them.
