This is an action which the United States instituted pursuant to 8 U.S.C. Section 1451(a) seeking to revoke defendant's citizenship. After extensive pretrial discovery the case was tried, and for the reasons set forth in an opinion filed September 28, 1983 judgment was entered in favor of the defendant.
