PER CURIAM.

On September 1, 1981, defendant, Gaylen Hayward, was convicted by a jury of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as charged, in violation of MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). After being sentenced to serve not less than 3-1/2 years nor more than 15 years in prison, defendant appeals as of right.
