Jun W., Sandra, Jun-Sing and Florence Lee, doing business as Lee Partnership, appeal from a judgment foreclosing a mortgage on Wisconsin real estate. The issue is whether the trial court should have found that Minnesota law applies. Minnesota law permits "reinstatement" of the mortgage. Because we conclude that Minnesota law does not apply, we affirm the judgment.
