This appeal involves the review of a decision by a local school board to terminate a tenured bus driver. Lottie Mae Ivy was terminated by the Natchitoches Parish School Board (School Board) after a public hearing concerning Ivy's involvement in an intersectional accident while driving a fully loaded school bus.
