This is an appeal by the defendants, C.H. Sprague & Sons Company and Petroleum Heat & Power Company, from an order granting the plaintiffs' motion for a new trial. The plaintiffs are members of Teamsters Union Local No. 251 and were employed by defendant Petroleum Heat & Power Company (Petro) as fuel-oil truck drivers. Petro is a subsidiary of C.H.
