HALL, Judge.

In this wrongful death action, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment sustaining defendants' exception of no cause of action and dismissing their suit. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiffs, Catherino Garcia, individually, and Lucy Garcia, individually and in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of their minor child Victor Garcia, filed this suit to recover damages for Victor's wrongful death. Made defendants in the original petition were James...
