This is an appeal from a decision of a twelve person jury in the Criminal District Court of the Parish of Orleans finding defendant Anthony Junak guilty of second degree murder, in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
