Plaintiff has appealed from judgments of the Burlington County Board of Taxation affirming 1981 and 1982 local property tax assessments for premises located on Route 130, Edgewater Park Township and listed on the tax map as Block 404, Lot 2-C. Plaintiff complains that the assessments for the two years are both above true value and discriminatory. The judgments appealed from are as follows:
