Petitioner, Dye Construction Company (Dye), seeks review of the Industrial Commission's affirmance of the hearing officer's ruling that the State Compensation Insurance Fund had authority to cancel petitioner's Workmen's Compensation insurance policy for petitioner's failure to file a quarterly report.
