This suit was instituted as an action to dissolve the alleged sale by plaintiff of certain movable property in the hands of the defendant. Petitioner further prayed for, and was granted, a writ of sequestration pursuant to which the property was seized and held by the sheriff of Ouachita Parish. After trial on the merits, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendant, holding that the plaintiff had failed to prove the existence of a contract...
