The Department of Labor and Industries denied a claim by Ilene Price for aggravation of a 1969 industrial injury. The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (Board) affirmed the denial and Price appealed to King County Superior Court. The jury upheld the Board's action, and Price appeals the court's judgment.
