We granted three certiorari petitions from various parties to review Hargreaves v. Skrbina, 635 P.2d 221 (Colo.App.1981), wherein the court of appeals reversed the trial court's refusal to grant an injunction requiring the removal or alteration of a building. The trial court's judgment was proper and we therefore reverse the judgment of the court of appeals as to this issue. However, we affirm the remaining...
