ORDER

STEVENS, District Judge.

The issue of attorneys' fees is before this court on remand from the Eighth Circuit. Clymore v. Far-Mar-Co, Inc., 709 F.2d 499 (8th Cir.1983). This court originally found for plaintiff under the Equal Pay Act and awarded backpay of $6,093.89, an equal sum as liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees of $12,000. Clymore v. Far-Mar-Co, Inc., 549 F.Supp. 438
