The plaintiffs, six retired Lewiston Police Officers, appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Androscoggin County) affirming a decision of the Board of Trustees of the Maine State Retirement System (the Board) concerning the computation of plaintiffs' retirement benefits.1 Plaintiffs contend that the Board erred in its interpretation of those statutory provisions that prescribe the method of computing retirement benefits...
