TERRY, Associate Judge:

In this landlord-tenant action for possession of certain real estate for non-payment of rent, the tenant asks us to reverse two orders of the trial court. The first granted the motion of the landlord to strike the tenant's pleadings and enter judgment against her because of her failure to comply with a protective order. The second disbursed to the landlord the funds which the tenant had paid into the court registry under that protective order...
