EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant, Verlin Reynolds, was charged with negligent injuring under LSA-R.S. 14:39, following his involvement in a traffic accident. After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged. Defendant's motion for a new trial, which alleged that the verdict was contrary to law and evidence, was denied by the trial court.
