PER CURIAM:

In this appeal from the grant of appellee's motion for summary judgment, appellant Bryant charges that the trial court erred in denying her an administrative trial-type hearing under the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act (hereinafter DCAPA) to resolve disputes about her overdue water sewer service bill.1 We are unpersuaded by appellant's arguments and affirm.
