This is a workmen's compensation case. Mr. Anderson Waldon, Jr., was injured in a work-related accident on 31 March 1980. At that time he was working for J.A. Lett Construction Company, Inc. (Lett). Waldon received workmen's compensation benefits for injuries to his left leg which resulted from this accident.
