This is a suit for damages in tort arising out of a tragic motorcycle accident which occurred on August 12, 1975. The plaintiffs, who are our appellants, are seeking damages for the wrongful death of their son who was killed as he was returning from work on Louisiana Highway 48, commonly known as the Jefferson Highway, at the point where Louisiana 48 becomes an overpass that crosses over the traffic circle of the Huey P. Long Bridge near Clearview...
