Plaintiff, Dr. Ernest Gaynes, brought this libel action against defendants, James H. Allen, Physicians Education Network, Inc., George P. Russell, and Russell, Brantley and Peterson, Inc., for the publication of statements concerning plaintiff's competency in his profession of optometry. Defendants' motion for directed verdict of no cause of action was granted. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
