By bill of information, defendants Sylvester Reed and Marvin Cannon, were charged with the armed robbery of Samuel Bailey in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. Both defendants pled not guilty and were tried together by jury on August 31, September 1 and 2,1982. The jury found both defendants guilty as charged.
