Appellants, Paula Leftwich and John C. Floyd, III, appeal from an order entered on August 28, 1981 awarding appellee, Willie L. Leftwich, attorney's fees and expenses in the amount of $6,593.01 jointly and severally against appellants. Both appellants claim that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter this order.
