SAVOIE, Judge.

Plaintiff, Mrs. Georgia Parker Hampton, appeals a jury decision denying her recovery for the wrongful death of her husband, Mack H. Hampton.

On January 29, 1974, Mr. Hampton, while working as a contract employee for Plant Service Division of Barnard & Burk, Inc. (B & B), was exposed to deadly phosgene gas. At approximately 5:15 P.M. on the date of the accident, a phosgene gas leak developed on the MDI unit of Rubicon Chemicals, Inc....
