GAUDIN, Judge.

This case emanated from the 24th Judicial District Court, where a motion for summary judgment filed by the City of Kenner was granted, dismissing the City from this litigation. We affirmed at 435 So.2d 1000, holding, as did the trial judge, that LSA-R.S. 37:1732(B) granted statutory immunity to the City of Kenner.
