Currently before the court is Ford Motor Company's ("Ford") motion to dismiss the claims against it of Aaron Lincoln-Mercury ("Aaron"), Elliott Dulberger ("Dulberger"), and Arthur Nelson ("Nelson") (collectively, "plaintiffs") under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
