STATEMENT OF CASE

CRAIN, Judge.

Defendant, Robert Gray, was charged by bill of information with two counts of attempted second degree murder, naming a separate victim in each count. He pled not guilty to both counts and was tried before a jury. The jury returned verdicts of guilty as to count 1 of attempted second degree murder of Alda Swanson, and guilty as to count 2 of attempted manslaughter of Calvin Nicholas. Defendant was sentenced to fifty (50) years...
