This is an action to recover vested pension benefits that were allegedly unlawfully forfeited. In an order dated March 12, 1981, the Court entered judgment for the plaintiff, but this judgment was reversed on appeal, and the case was remanded on August 20, 1982, 688 F.2d 844.
